What is documentary family photography?

Documentary family photography is an unposed, in-home style of photography where the photographer spends extended time with your family capturing real, authentic moments as they naturally unfold — meals, play, bedtime routines, and everyday connection. Unlike traditional portrait sessions, there's no posing or direction. The result is a genuine visual story of your family exactly as you are.
